I'm with Joseph1135, you need to explain your incidents. If it was something innocuous it might not be a big deal.

depending what these "in house" incidents are it might be easier to fight the DAC report
so like joseph says we need more info
usually without police reports you can fight the DAC stuff
non of it is on your MVR?????

My first incident was at a Dollar Tree, if you dont know Dollar Tree has no dock door, jus a regular door u back to. I was backing to the door which was in the front of the building and worrying about not hitting a column on my blind side i backed to close to the building and the top of my trailer cracked the mortar on the overhang of the building.

My second accident was at a truck stop at night with no lighting at all, I was pulling off a scale which is parallel to the street, as i was pulling into the parking lot a driver was pulled forward from the fuel island so to keep from hitting him i had to basically jack knife to get back on the scale to reweigh so as i cut it too sharp, the had a 3 foot concrete slab on the corner of the lot so i ran over it wit the trailer and it bent the tandem tracks.

My last accident was in a small parking lot of Costco, did my set up and as i was pulling forward to get straight i ran over a little boulder and as i pulled off of it, it caught to my fender and damaged that. I knew it was there just didnt know i was that close to it.

Like i said they had all this stuff was a quick fix in the shop except the first accident.

They have all this on my DAC report as miscellaneous. If I can fight it what do i do?

That would all be considered striking a fixed object. So your MVR is good, your CSA is good, your DAC, not so much. I think you can be saved though. You can apply at one of these bigger companies and explain your situation. You may have to be with another trainer for a week or two ( you know why). But I wouldn't give up hope.

There are tens of thousands of companies that do NOT use DAC.

Must be ONE that would hire you.

I would not consider a bent slider track a quick fix. Especially after you tried to climb a 3' high wall with the trailer tandems. Striking a building>unacceptable for any reason. Did you receive any remedial training after your first or second incident?

Those might be very tough hurdles to get over UNLESS you get some additional training. Striking fixed objects especially buildings is just wrong and it shows poor vehicle control and depth perception.

    Fatboy42 Thanks this.
