I just got a start date for school in Marshall. I was into trucking long ago and got out, did not renew my CDL and now getting back in. Any advice on Roehl trucking school or the company? Thanks.

Next time I say it couldn't get any worse, sombody slap me.
He was stopped this morning, waiting for traffic to clear so he could make a left turn into the consignee when he was rear-ended by a day cab hauling milk. He's pretty sore but ok, truck is fine, load stayed where it was supposed to, but the back of the trailer is a little bent up.. The day cab didn't fare so well, but the driver was ok. -
That sucks, but at least everyone is OK.Cheryl Thanks this.

So 2nd 34 reset in twp weeks. Did one last weekend and doing it again. FM says well since you are going to have another 70 im gonna need to run for awhile said after you get a new 70 i have to use it you know be productive. Thing is i was suppose to be home today. Thats when it was put in for i live in florida and im sitting in Illinois right now. Told here no i wanna go home, i dont like the attitudinal way she talked to me like im an inconvenience. Um Roehl's hometime is the reason i chose em. 11/3 that works great not 18-24 or whenever FM feels like sending me home. I think this might cost em a good driver. But enough of my rant i know i know this is trucking but she aint gotta talk to me like that. How is everyone anyone here in IL i feel like BS over some coffee lol i actually have time ohh just did a little over 700 miles the other day and had a 3k week.
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
It'll be alright man. If she keeps talking down to you or anything of the like then get a new FM. You don't deserve to be treated like that and trust me, it is hard getting home to Florida. Sounds like you need to poke and prod your dispatcher when It gets close to your hometime.
If your in van then they should be able to keep you in the south east. I'm I'm flatbed and never get home on time which is why I stay out so long. Its hard getting freight to Florida, so I just take it when I can. Hang in there or get a new dispatcher, you deserve better bro!

Well I'll be off this curtain tomorrow. Once I drop I'll be dead heading to ellenwood to grab a flatbed load to Washington state with a stop in salt lake city.
I'll be doing a 34 in ellenwood if anyone rolls through and wants to grab some supper. I'll be there around tomorrow afternoon.
Oh also forgot to mention I got to see a USA truck driver back into a parked truck because he was having trouble straight line backing........anyway he drove off. Not good.
