I need to find an affordable sleep test AND cpap.
I have called the local sleep study clinics. $1700 for the study alone. Then $600+ for cpap and mask etc.
I have checked out HOME sleep studies. $350. That's affordable until they tell you the cpap is $1400. They won't give you a prescription so you can buy a top of the line cpap for $175-$350 online.
I don't have insurance. My company doesn't offer it. Even if they did, I would be looking at an $1800 deductible.
I know this whole thing is a racket but DOT has me by the short hairs.
Is there some affordable way to do this?
Sleep Apnea/Where can I find an affordable sleep study and cpap etc.
