Starting orientation September 24th in Conover

    Hello.

    I just wanted to thank all the Watkins-Shepard drivers for sharing their stories. It really helps get a better idea of the company before I show up.

    My orientation starts in about a week and a half. I am so excited!

    congrats I just got a pre-hire letter from them so as soon as im done with school i'll be heading to orientation sometime in dec i hope

    Do they only do their orientation in Montana ? Or do they do it at other locations ?

    Conover, NC. They used to do it in NJ I believe, but don't know if they still do it there. I went to Montana though.

    It depends on where you live. They either send you to Conover, NC or to Missoula, Mt for orientation.

    I decided that I really need a company that sends me out with a trainer for a few weeks. I'm not quite ready to be shoved out of the nest... and that is the only reason I'm not going to W&S. They sound like a great company, their drivers are very positive and it's hard to find a bad word about them anywhere.
