7 days for me. 2 for OTR drivers.

Depends on what "plan" you hired in under.

    atruckr,

Do you remember what the Schneider pre work test consisted of performing? I am scheduled for orientation in indy for dry vans.

Anyone else that has recently taken the pre work test, please weigh in.

BTW What is the address of the Schneider training site in Indianapolis?

think there is a video on the jobs main page or somewhere that showed what is required? If I remember correctly it the link to it was along the right side at or near the bottom of the page? Ask your recruiter where it .

    Update,

Thanks guys for keeping this thread going while I was staying busy out here on road! Gotta say SNI has some good drivers always willing to help out. There is bad ones too, but good to see others helping out when possible!

Some bad news unfortunately, missing my pay for loads. One for 741 miles from three weeks ago and now again on my pay schedule there is another 698 mile run missing. things still going pretty good. Of course I am pretty easy going I enjoy doing my job even the crappy loads or whatever else they throw at me (impossible dispatch, recovery loads, late night driving etc..) But when it comes to my paycheck that is a different story. If I get paid what I am suppose to I will work my butt off and never say a whole lot. Screw with my check and now I got issues!

Been talking to DBL (new guy) about the first one and he doesn't seem to make it a priority so far. He doesn't know of second one yet. But he will and now guess have to take some more extreme action. Will of course speak to him again first if I don't get this resolved immediately this truck is shutten down!

Will let ya know how it goes!

    Take care!

Good news! After waiting for Monday to go by (DBL was off) Tues first thing at 7 am called my DBL and tho in a respectful manner yet attorney like aggressive let him know I had enough and needed this pay issue resolved immediately. Long story short...!!The 2 loads I was missing now have hit my pay schedule 2 days later for the 26th pay period. Over 1400 additional miles should be a nice pay check next Friday:biggrin_255:. FYI, I did try and also call payroll but they unfortunately don't have the software to look at loads especially if you are missing them or not. They can help with other pay issues but not load/miles, weird, but whatever!

Here is what happen! While on the phone with DBL as he was digging to find the answer he finally called pay services and found out that there was something he wasn't doing to actualize the loads properly so it goes out for payment. Here is the thing .. If you accidentally forget to complete your tasks list before leaving from your pick up or delivery it creates an extra step a trained DBL will notice and get it done for you. However in my case my DBL is new so he was not aware it. Also the start/end time of your loading and unloading has to be completed or, apparently,,,it creates this extra step the DBL has to address. I have to admit I do occasionally rush through the steps and don't put in the times properly like I should. So guess in a way it was my bad too!

As advised here from fellow drivers it does pay off to stay on them until you get your problems resolved. More than likely they are not going spend time to fix your problem especially if they don't know how to fix it. Keep letting them know you are serious and the problem needs to be fixed, whatever it may be!

This whole thing makes me wonder how many other drivers on his board are having this issue and don't even know it?? Or maybe I'm only one that f**ks up the task list ..who knows!!

All things considered I have a good DBL we just working out some wrinkles! ha

    Be safe!

BTW, Running a load presently from Baytown TX to Fort Smith AR. It's a Walmart load 24000 LBs. Will hit my delivery this morning about 10:00 bringing my miles in at about 1800 for the week so far. Last load was Toys R us 16000 LBs from Lee's Summit KS to Houston TX. before that one on Monday 26000 LBs Georgia Pacific load from Muskogee OK to Lenexa KS all drop and hook ... pretttyyyy.... sweet....! If I am lucky maybe this will be a 2800 or 3000 mile week!

After delivery in Fort Smith got loaded to Saint James MO then drop and hook and now on load to Kentucky. Have another drop and hook pre-assignment after drop here in kY to run back on down to Dallas TX. Wow think I'm at about 3300 miles for the week after the Dallas drop. Life is good again!
