I work for COTC. Nothing in the ads are false. I believe the 65,000 figure is attainable. The new pay package is performance based so if you work hard, follow the company rules, and learn to drive for fuel mileage you can make a good check. The company isn't perfect but they try hard. I get lots of support from the office when I have problems.
whoopNride and spunkymonkey Thank this. -
I've heard they are a good company.. no false promises, good packages, performance based payments... good company to work for.. the drivers are happy working for them, get to go home whenever they wish to. Their trucks are well maintained..
-
anyone know if they allow pets in their trucks? (My guess would be no..)
