Didn't realize you had to share with two other drivers. How's does that affect your pay?

I'm sorry I should have clarified more when your on a home time fleet you and two other drivers share 2 or 3 trucks so you might not be in the same truck when you come back from being off the only way it affects ur pay is because ur not running as much miles as a national fleet person

Your not in the truck at the same time. 14/7 program is two trucks shared between three drivers.

7/7 is one truck shared between two drivers

How much can you expect to make doing a 7/3? Sorry for all the questions, I have a baby on the way that came as a bit of a surprise and have to relocate from Chicago to San Antonio. I need ample home time, but obviously I need to make a living as well.

I'm not sure but maybe $25-28k/year.

I also believe you have to live within 50 miles of a terminal to qualify for the 7/7 or the 73/-7/4 program.

Sounds like 11/3 would be a better fit. I know after a year experience there's lots of jobs down there hauling gas where I'd be home every night. I suppose OTR is the way to go for awhile.
