By going with them, from what I have read and spoken to their recruiters, pay is .25 per mile with an average of 2,500 miles per week, which roughly equates to 32K your first full year. You get NO pay while you are training and they don't pay for lunch (at least in Cali I'm told).
If you decided to go to school on your own via CDL school, you will end up making more money (by $10,000+ I am finding out) and can have your school reimbursed up to $6,000 at some companies.
My two cents. -
I would look at other options in all honesty. There are better options than CR England. Have you checked into Prime or any other training company that has schools for their company??

Plenty of threads about them. They are one of the few carriers with two sections dedicated to them on this forum. The England section in Motor Carriers Questions and Report a Bad Trucking Company.

Over priced. :smt108
We all could save some time if you'd just tell us what you want to hear.
There's no sense in wasting your time with the facts or the truth.
Behold, before you stands a messenger holding a message.

i had a friend that started there and stayed for 4-5 years, he was happy for most of that time. He had a record from his younger days so his options were narrowed somewhat....... The moral of the story is, "ya gotta start somewhere" good luck Cuz

If your misdemeanor has anything to do with theft, chances aren't good any descent company will consider you for hiring. Keep in mind that the job application will ask, "Have you EVER been convicted ................ . And background checks go back 10 years.
You say that you want to go with C.R. England. Have you been accepted by CRE yet?
Of course the school didn't tell you anything in that regard, they want your money. That's why it's up to you to do the nessary research before you enroll in any driving school.
I don't know the details that will affect your chances, -- and I'm not asking. If you want to volunteer that information it would help answer your question(s). Recruiters tell you what you want to hear, not necessarily the truth. Ask them to put it in writing. They won't, --- which should tell you something.
Are you aware that the greater majority of those who are hired either quit or are fired before their one year is up? If you don't make it to the one year mark, you'll still owe for your training that they provided. No job, no money, and to make matters worse, you'll owe CRE for the training that you can't use if no companies will hire you.
Have you been reading the various threads about CRE by those who've been there, -- done that? I assume you haven't because if you had read what they have to say I doubt you'd still be interested. Do yourself a big favor by reading those threads. For starters, look up a poster named Rolling_Thunder and read about his CRE Adventure. Don't stop there though, that's just the tip of the ice cube.
Before you start reading, prepare yourself a good snack, 'cause it'll take awhile to read even 25% of the posts.
When you've read a few hours of testimony, ask questions then.
If, after that you still want to take a chance with the company with the worst reputation in the Big truck truckin' industry, please keep us informed how you're doing. Who knows? Maybe you'll be one of the very few success stories.
What are the odds?
What's to win?
What's to lose?
Only you can answer those questions. The Challenger Thanks this.
