Wiseone, you can buy an adapter for anything that you had in your truck.... and you can use it at home. It plugs into a regular wall outlet in your house, and coverts it into a cig lighter. I don't know what they are called, and I don't know a brand.... I bought one at a flea market for 4-5 bucks, and I use it everyday. All I had in the way of a cell phone charger was a car charger, and it was cheaper for me to buy that at the flea market than it was for me to go out and buy a home charger.
I don't know if you know what I am talking about, but if you find one, then you will really like it, because all the gadgets you had in your truck that you used to think you couldn't use in your home..... well, now you can.
Sorry I neither know what they are called, or who makes them. All I know is I paid four or five bucks for it at the local flea market, so they might actually be cheaper, if you look around enough. -
