Aaahhh, what's a number? I'll admit I've had more jobs in 9 years than I can count on one hand but that's kind of the way things go sometimes in the trucking world. I was with my last company nearly 4 years and it took me leaving to realize that there are better things out here and since moving to PA I've realized how a company should treat their employees. Now this is only a short term move while my wife is in school so I'll have to be looking for another job when I relocate back to Florida, or wherever in the south I go but I'll take what I've gained from being here and apply it to the next place I go.
Some of these guys on here got it all figured out, but guys like me, and Skunktrunk, and I'm sure 75% of the others know that opportunities lie around every corner, it's time the trucking industry wakes up and realizes what it takes to retain quality employees, until then guys will be searching out better advancements.
Good luck on the job hunt, "it is what it is..........."

I've moved around a bit but I don't see it relivant to where its any of his business. With his attitude he acts like he is the type of person who would compete againest the sun for the center of the universe given the chance. He's 37 and still hasn't learned how to grow up and mature like most other people. Seems though he has no life other wise he wouldn't continue working for next to nothing. I have my two kids and soon to be to take care of so I have my prioritys inline to do what it takes to provide. If I'm not making bank roll and no good foresight in the near future of said bank roll then its time to cut losses and move on to continue making said wages and I don't care for the moving around. Its a pain in the ### but you gotta do what you gotta do in order to provide and survive.

Who's asking for sympathy? Bury me, I don't give a flying ####. Not hurting my feelings any. Great memory? Good for you, I guess this actually means your IQ is two points higher than three degrees below dog ####? I hope they gave you medal for not being so feeble minded after all.

Thank you for posting this about Tango. I hope to start with them soon. I live in Southaven MS so i pray that wont be a problem getting home. Its nice to read good things about a company, I know that there is no PERFECT company out there but it is what it is. Like it or leave it... TRUE OR NOT TRUE, most drivers cant get thru the day without being negitive about someone or something.

Know this thread is a little outdated, but just in case someone checks back wanting info on Tango, I thought they might like to know that e-logs are out at Tango.
-
Are they doing this temporarily about the e-logs, or permanently. I thought all major companies had to go to e-logs by 2014
