Yeah they said at first MPG won't be factored in but it will be later down the road.

From what I hear the points will be pro-rated for the 14/7 people so it will take into account that you drive less miles.

For me it was a couple voicemails and 2 media messages over the Qualcomm. If your local or dedicated then it doesn't apply to you.

So the way I understand it, you can't go below your base rate, and you increase each quarter you make the goals with a cap at .48cpm flats, 2 bad quarters and you drop back to your base rate and start over. That's the way I've heard so far. Not 100%.

Right but when you have two bad quarters you just drop back one tier. Like if I'm at 48 and have two bad quarters. Then id probably go back down to 46. At least I believe thats what happens

I'm curious as to how long it would take to move up to the cap. Also, if your performance drops for one quarter, and it doesn't improve back to the level you were at the next quarter, but it doesn't get worse, does your pay still get lowered? I suppose we'll just have to wait and see how it plays out.

I think we all need to start deviding our last years gross income by the miles we drove. To get our real millage pay. Than we will know for sure what the base millage rate has to be to make up for the lost bonuses.

Thanks for the pay info guys, I am going to try to hold out and jump through the hoops, I miss my Prostar and open deck. The occasional trip West was always fun too.

Got another voicemail message about the new pay plan dribbled out last night. No real new information was revealed. Ain't it great being in grade school again? :biggrin_25512:
