Starting pay is completely negotiable. We have guys coming here to haul crude that accepted 19/hr and some that started at 27/hr. There is a 3/hr nighttime differential as well.

Crude makes me nervous. One little spill and ya ruin it for everyone. Yipes. No day dreaming allowed.

MBI has a super solid rep, probably the local gold standard in North Dakota from what heard.
Are they good for steady work right now? No one can guarantee anything like that.

I have seen MBI lately here in PA/WV. Saw they have 2 locations in PA. Never saw them till lately. They must have been up in Northeaster part of the state. Wonder who they are hauling for around these parts.

anyone have any thoughts on the infrastructure buildout - oil and water pipelines, gathering systems, and disposal wells - and how that is impacting business? i've heard that a lot of the bigger players (hess, statoil, oasis, etc) are investing heavily in that stuff and i'm curious if anyone is starting to see that impact the trucking business at all.
