dont do like i did work for a horrible company like Landair... they are the type of company that want experience, but pay nothing to driver a sliding a raise every 30days,until max up to 43cpm"beware of not true at all" if you like low pay, and hard work Landair the company for you.

 

o.k. driver! i work there since dec 2011 i kept myself avalible, not complain about the low mile 1200 to 1600 week o.k. i must proof myself..but man the harder i ran the worst they treated me like shorting up my miles when i ask can they put more runs on truck, and started to not reimburse me for my scales, and my tolls never got that back even when i put stickers and every thing they ask me to do until i just got fed up with the lies, saying they were going to run me more just to send me 30 mi than sit me around until my hrs up..they dont have respect for there customers because i talk to a couple, and no they dont care about them either..if they stop lie'n, and stop cheating driver, and customer than maybe there turnover rate goes down and will have frieght to expand around the fleet instead of showing favortism to there buddy's.Im about bussiness not friendship, and Im just warning new applicates about there ways Landair is not a good company to work for because they have no loads they scambling for penny loads. and cannot afford experience driver thay advertise about.
