Welcome to the board from a fellow tennessean. In Tennessee if you have a class E felony, you are able to get the charge expunged after three years I think. Check into that, because you will have a very hard time getting employed if you don't, considering it has been not so long ago. Western express is based out of Nashville, and is a "second chance" comPany that would be worth looking into. Best of luck.

well the bad news...21 years ago i had a possession charge......... applied everywhere most all companies said felony sure we hire ex felons what was the charge possession "oh we cant hire with that felony" mine was 21 years old and no charges ever drug related again. that was almost all the large trucking companies. schneider gave me a chance and im so happy.... thought i was going to not find a job.

if i were you i would get it sealed only chance you have.... you can try small companies but i promise it will have to be llike 5 years or older... most prefer 10...
