i had same charge but 20 years ago
i dont think they can even look at you till it is 5 years old
that was what I found in my search anyway
some companies even 20 years wasn't long enough

well the bad news...21 years ago i had a possession charge......... applied everywhere most all companies said felony sure we hire ex felons what was the charge possession "oh we cant hire with that felony" mine was 21 years old and no charges ever drug related again. that was almost all the large trucking companies. schneider gave me a chance and im so happy.... thought i was going to not find a job.
if i were you i would get it sealed only chance you have.... you can try small companies but i promise it will have to be llike 5 years or older... most prefer 10...martin90 Thanks this. -
martin90 i also have a felony and got hired out of school by btc in memphis. they give alot of guys second chance. in my orientation there was a guy just getting off parole had a conviction that ws only like 2 yrs old. i dont know what is was for but if you dont mind giving flatbed a chance i would give them a call. best of luck
