Easy...tell them you want to lease. haha.
Seriously I wouldn't lease on unless you get new equipment and plan on not going home much at all. But this will get you the experience you need.
If you have alot of expenses like a house etc...i wouldn't suggest leasing.

I have 10 yr old felony actually 3 of them all over 10 yrs and a few misdemeanors but have pre hire from star. It is possible that I get booted out at orientation but was upfront and told them my history and still was accepted. The felony depends on what it was for. Start class Monday.hope all has safe day

Try Carolina cargo.

I used to recruit. As far as the felony and misdemeanor, it would depend on what the charges were. For many companies, it also depends when the final disposition of the case happened. If you were on probation for 10 years, the clock for some companies time qualifier won't start until the probation was completed. The wreck and ticket are hurting you the most though in getting with the BFI companies.
Excon hit the nail on the head though, probably because he had the fortitude to get it done. Recruiters have little power, they have flowchart. If your record deviates from that, end of the line. This means you need to go knock on doors and network yourself if you're serious. -

Yes, you have to wait three years after you ticket is issued before they will consider you. This is an old thread...
