Roehl's new pay plan starting Oct. 1

Thanks Dirty Diesel, I just received my marching orders, starting Oct. 15th. I'm going to have to adjust to the cooler weather. Haven't been in snow or freezing weather for over 17 years.

 

My FM called me this afternoon to let me know I got a 3 cent pay raise out of the gate. 1 cent for the accident free pay and the other 2 was performance based.

Nice! I wonder what I'm making? I guess I'll call my FM and ask AGAIN what my payrate is.

 

Is that your pay raise for 1 year or you already get that? Too personal of a question you dont have to reply. I'm just wondering because my 1 year is coming up and wondering about how since the new pay plan will affect my 1 year raise. I dont really want to know numbers more less a yes or no

 

My FM called today too, I got my 3 month pay raise to 35cpm which is the same old pay plan. I was told I have to work one more quarter to get the new plan, said it was based on 2 quarters, this I did not know so so much for the your choice pay plan!
