Bad Company Carolina Cargo

i drove for them just starting out they put me through there school and that was best part of company run u like dogs and no pay read mine on martin enterprise also,at cc the maintaince man told us to get air filter to fix oil leak i dont want to say what he was doing but will say he was not sober or straight

 

alot of people are downing this company but they give you a chance and you make it what you choose to. evryone isnt squeaky clean and most companies dont care that you have turned your life around. not just trucking companies but any companies. the only difference between people with a record and people that dont is not getting caught. most people do something illegal in their life time even if its as minor as a jay walking or major as murder; this shouldnt define them if they choose to better themselves they should be given a chance. yes its not the greatest pay but it is pay and its a steeping stone to getting your experience.

 

no you get a hot nasty wore out trucks with seats that you have bolts digging in you i seen better trucks in a scrap yard and they try to block you from getting a new job i still havent got my last check this company thinks it is above the law and they will get a wake up call soon cause you can only treat people for awhile before karma pays you back they are convicks working there but its just some people that paid there det and trying to rebuild there life and the company is more of a crook than any felons they employee they dnt no witch one they going to cause to go back to prison for murder but life with 3 hots and a cot would be better than working for those crooks

 

Seats with holes and bolts, nasty and wore out. That would be your fault for getting in the truck in the first place if it had that many problems.

 

It's well known and documented that this company is a last resort for those that can't get a trucking job anywhere else. If your past poor life choices have brought you to rock bottom and you're committed to climbing out, you'll suck it up and do what you have to do in order to earn something better. And you won't whine about it too much. Experience speaking.

 

Don't want to risk getting this kicked to the political forum, so all I'm going to say about this is that Joe Arpaio has the right idea.

Well they have newer equipment now. 2009-10 so it's not that bad anymore but the pay is still an issue.

It's a crap company for those desperate. I only know because of two people I trained who had previous experience at this company. Known for hiring felines and addicts. I'd steer clear from these underpaying slime
