Where and how is everyone mounting their XM antennas on the T700? Currently just have mine sitting on the dash stuck to the CB. It works ok, but cuts out quite a bit. Want to get one of the bigger antennas, but have no idea where to mount the #### thing.

Nevermind those bigger, ugly antennas. Next time you go to Walmart, go to the automotive section and buy some 2 sided tape (its made by 3M). Put some on the antenna and mount it anywhere you want on the outside of the truck (somewhere above the windshield). I have mine mounted to the visor on my Prostar and did the same on my Pete when I had it.

I have a T700. I ran the wire on the dash, inside the handle, under the weather stripping inside the door. There's a little part you can put the wire in outside between the door and windshield. I put it under the weather stripping, got double sided tape and taped it directly above the windshield. The wire will be safe and you'll barely notice its there.

    Yea but where's the antenna?

if you have problems when heading north you could always get an antenna extension cable and run it up the back of the cab and stick the little antenna on back part of the roof. Shouldn't have any line of sight issues there.

A driver at the weedsport yard had a big antennae mounted to one of the antennaes on the sleeper. Used an antennae bracket that was flipped. I havent seen any at a truckstop though

I ended up buying one of the small antennas and just gluing it to the top of the drivers side mirror. Working well so far, and was pretty easy to route the cable in a fairly clean way.

Still working fine. Used a little silicone sealant around the edge to help keep the thing in place since it is just a tiny bit to big for the flat portion on the top of the mirror. Leaves an eight of an inch or so kind of hanging. Filled that gap with the sealant so don't see it being an issue.
