Before my sleep study I also was a skeptic and blamed the govt, dot, and
Insurance company's. I was also sidelined and couldn't drive for 6 to 8 weeks.
Thank goodness roehl had short term disability insurance.
My first sleep study showed that within one hour I quit breathing over 60 times
With the longest duration of no breathing at all up to 70 seconds !! New discoverys are being made
In the medical field everyday, sleep apnea is very real and if left untreated you are putting
Yourself and others in harms way when you drive a cmv. Just my two cents, now if I can lose the
Weight, I will have it made !!

 

Sleep is the only time the world makes sense. Now I need to be hooked up to machines?!? What is this madness. If I sleep better with it then I guess it's worth a million bucks

 

I'm in Bama from FL lowes load nice in light. Lots of rain to clean the good ol dirty truck since I haven't been up to a terminal to wash her. Felt good to get on the road again and I guess my fm is so lax he didn't care I took a extra day or two off to tend to my vomitting fiancé yay.

Treeforks comment made me laugh #### engine break ordinance I do the same thing but my engine break is muffled even in a city environment wouldn't make much noise.

 

In Hammond la at the petro place was packed hard for me an the trainer to get a spot load delivers fri in palaska fl but can deliver early gonna try to get it there tomorrow

 

Boudin sausages if you like Cajun food in the fuel isle store at that petro. Place does get packed I was there after Isaac on Labor Day wkend. I'm guessing GP load? If so the people are cool there they have Obama bashing pictures up in the shipping/receiving office lol.
