Get ready to spend $155,000+
-
if its that much i will be getting new not new with old added in. i'm looking at a w900l non rolling glider that should keep cost down some (i hope).
-
i just spect out a 389 fully loaded with a cat they told me 170000 to 180000 Here in Canada
-
The motivation to buy a glider these days should be the ability to get a brand new truck with a pre emission motor, not to get a cheap truck. If you build one the right way, it will typically be more expensive than a new factory truck. However, building one the right way by using all new parts and OEM factory reman components (not used take out stuff), ensures warranties will be comparable to that of a new factory truck. So in the end you get a brand new truck that is fully covered with nationwide OEM warranty AND all the benefits of a pre emission motor (better fuel economy, better performance, proven reliablity, less maintenance cost, and less downtime).

couldnt agree more! but if you already have all the components engine trans and rear sus. thats half the battle. i dont care about warrenty i do all my own work so warrenty isnt an issue with me.
-
Understood. And if thats the case where you already have the components and are doing a non rolling glider then the price on the chassis will probably come in down around the $70,000 range.

I can build you a truck with new everything for less than 100k
