I just found this job posting today. 100% paid insurance and other perks.

    Website: http://www.centraloregontruck.com/subpage.cfm?Driver-Pay

Per their website: Our pay package allows quality professionals to earn over $65,000 annually. A newly hired quality driver can instantly earn up to $0.40 per mile plus accessorial pay and that is before we include the value of a single company-provided benefit.

Don't know much about the company, so if any of you good folks do, please chime in below.

    Good luck.

We've got the right stuff baby! Join a fleet that sets you up for success with all the tools of the trade at your disposal

Every one of our fine KW's are outfitted with the gear you need to be one of our top drivers! Safety is our number one priority.
Our mechanics are pros and take as much pride in your ride as you do!

Waiting and sitting are foul words! All of your load offers are pre-planned for you. You will know your routing and fuel solutions every time.
Get another monthly bonus, up to .03 cpm, for running fuel efficient

Our fleet is set up with transponders for tolls, accounts for truck washes and scales too. Keep those dollars in your pocket and put it on our bill

We offer you miles but you run legal with e-logs and get home to your family. Like a lot of miles? Get another bonus each month up to .03 cpm for doing what you like to do!

I work for COTC. Nothing in the ads are false. I believe the 65,000 figure is attainable. The new pay package is performance based so if you work hard, follow the company rules, and learn to drive for fuel mileage you can make a good check. The company isn't perfect but they try hard. I get lots of support from the office when I have problems.

I've heard they are a good company.. no false promises, good packages, performance based payments... good company to work for.. the drivers are happy working for them, get to go home whenever they wish to. Their trucks are well maintained..
