I'm one week into the Georgia Pacific Dedicated account out of Quakertown Pa. When the advertisement for the account came over the Qualcomm a few weeks back it read !$950 week! Lmao. I'm not new to this game so I took that figure with a grain of salt. I chose to do this because I'm located right in between the warehouse and all of the stops so I get to be home almost every night. It also said Sams Club and Costco stores but I've been to more ShopRite crapholes than these. Funny it didn't mention itI was wondering how they think someone can manage to pull in $950 running 1500 miles tops a week at .40cpm. I'm not complaining. I'm fine with the pay now. I get to be home a hell of a lot more and that's worth more than $. Of course we all deserve a grand or more a week for all the hell we put ourselves through out here but we are accustomed to getting it in the pooper, correct? O trucking. How bittersweet the life. Anyone else here on this account? How about dedicated drivers, what do you run and what are you raking in with Swift?

Gotta remember that stop pay can add up quick and makes up for lost miles your not making I run Walmart and I mad $1200 this week and that's with 2500 miles with about 3stops a day sometimes 4 or 5 but I been doing this a month now and I'm still averaging $4500 to $5000 a month same as I was when I OTR.
Might wanna see if swift run a Walmart Grocery in your area to ur home store just because they say u must live with 50 miles is not true I live 160miles away and I'm just helping out not on the fleet but they have asked me to join and even offered me slip seat 15miles from my home but it's a pay cut so I declined and still help out.
They run me close to home daily almost everyday I just like to get back to make more money and just take restarts at home once a week, if you ask they send u home, just a suggestion if u wanna make more money just becareful about joining might be a pay cut on mileage and stops
I was OTR and make great money no $300 weeks every like I hear alot from drivers are they not trying??? I ve always made no less than $700 even after going solo unless I took hometime which I have always took 4 days at a time sometimes 5 or 6 but I always stayed out 4 to 6 weeks and was lucky to see home 1 time and that's if a shppier or recieved didn't screw it up for me when coming threw STL but any ways I have. Been doing Walmart for 6 weeks and been home 10 times since with restarts and stop overs for the night. I make between $850 to $1250 a week most weeks close to $1000
Walmart runs me great keeps me close to Home only down side more sitting But for me I hate but I hang out with guys I met a terminal so better the OTR with all the headaches out there u run into and less Truckstops unless ur doing a back haul and run out of hos I run back dam near everynight to be ready for my next load that's me though harder u run the more u make and I'm a hard runner.scottied67 Thanks this.
