Going with swift

[SUB]well got my driver code. What sucks is I can't reach anyone at the dc. O'well ill keep trying. Logged into the driver portal so I could update my direct deposit and that doesn't work either. I can login but won't let me add or change any info. Hopefully it will work tomorrow. Ill see if I can get these training classes out of the way. [/SUB]

 

Well im sitting at home all weekend Anyhow Ill call again on Monday if I dont hear from anyone by Tuesday night, im gonna go OTR. I
cant afford to be sitting around waiting for a call to get paid. Im still having issues with that change my info on the swift website. Cant change or pull anything up. They still have me out of MT instead of FL. All I really need is to make sure they have my right address and update my direct deposit. Anyhow hope you all had a good weekend !!

 

Im experienced so I dont need a mentor. 4 students got mentors out of that DC im going too. If I wanted OTR I could have jumped right into a truck and went on my way Friday, but I wanted to try this Dedicated out since I have a 1 yr old and Id be home every night. Only thing I didnt expect is that I couldnt get a hold of anyone at the DC and that no one would return my call. I thank you for the info on the DD tho.

 

finished my ride along...pretty easy work....hardest part is trying to get into the walmarts stores and figuring out what dock to go too. Dont like the idea that they call uu at 630 am to see if u want to accept or refuse a load that might not even be ready till the afternoon. guess thats life tho.

 

The load we did was over 2 hrs late being ready. Ran 200 miles did 2 stops and 200 miles back. Over an hour late for the next load so they gave it to someone else. What I didnt like is them saying they are gonna call me in the morning and I never got any phone calls. I call them and no one ever answers the phone. So, starting tomorrow im gonna go OTR. I cant sit around, i need something coming in.

 

went otr....going alright 2 nd ld was from in to ca. I'm getting about 2500 miles a week right now. Been broke down for a week now they finally put me in anouther trk now to see if I can get home since I'm alrdy 3 days late
