your hometime wont be scarce, you accrue just like experienced drivers do, on the contrary when you are on your trainers truck forget it unless your trainer decides to take hometime there, but yes after, when you upgrade central will allow you to take hometime anywhere in the 48 states, as long as you have accrued hometime, and you give them a heads up

As a newbie you will not be able to ask questions to anyone. Raise your hand and I will call on you when I get around to it.

What folks need to understand is that all employment in this nation is "at will". If you need to be home, let them know. Talk to the people in your company who tell you where to go. If they do not listen, tell them where they can go.

Company policy is just a made up term. Work something out with the people there. If you feel you are not making enough money, ask for a raise. If you want a better truck, ask for one. Everything is available if you let them know. No one wants you to sacrifice your family for this job. You just have to work out the arrangements.

I leave you with a bible passage. James 4:2 You do not have because you do not ask.
