Man Charged With Murder For Slipping Girlfriend Abortion Drug

So if they can charge a man for murder by doing such a thing what can we throw at women who intentionally 'forget' to take the pill to trap a guy? That burns my butt too.

 

Its very curious a man or father may not be told he has a potential child
A woman (girl) can with out her parents or child's father permission get an abortion?
Now my next statement is meant to be in contrast with the law
If she aborts the child its medical
If he suggest abortion he is a jerk
If he pushes her and she yells abuse he goes to jail

For the record I am for life
My daughter a product of rape, deserves life
To say abortion is right is to say I can kill her with no repercussions
Of course not!!!!!!!

 

I have no problem with abortion but to each his/her own. But to charge him with MURDER?!?!? That's ridiculous!!! I can see them charging him for something but MURDER??? And is there PROOF she was pregnant? Is there PROOF she miscarried? Or did she just SAY that????

Hasn't the law got anything better to do? Like put more drunk drivers in jail? More rapists in prison? sheesh!!

I'm not quite sure how to comment on this. What this man did was horrendous, especially when I read further and discovered that he probably had done it before. It is murder, plain and simple. What a horrible thing to put the poor woman through. At the very least, assault on her. But I do believe in a woman's right to abortion. So I would be okay if she went in and had an abortion of the same baby that he killed. It is cases like this that throw my brain into quite a tailspin.
