Maybe it's just the fact that the truck just got paid off (so there is no longer a 2600 a month payment) I keep forgetting that a trailer is #### near as much as a truck these days......:)

Renting a trailer should be a short term deal. If you're looking for a long term multiyear lease, there are many companies out there. I've used United Trailer Leasing in Blaine MN before for long term leasing.

I talked to a guy from K & L, much better rates by the way. The plan is for this just to be a short term deal, till I get the rest of what I need to just buy one outright

I'll check that one too, thanks. Ideally I'd like to find one I could buy directly from an owner for obvious reasons (aka cost)

Question for you Gman. Have you heard anything, good or bad, about a company called KIT truck and trailer financing? I've actually found a good trailer at a really good price. The thing I do have going for me as I may have mentioned already is a clear title to the truck, I will have more details on the interest ect. tomorrow that they're offering.

I have not heard of KIT. If you have found a trailer that you like and it has a good price then I would go for it.
