I feel your pain..... no really!
I too had a shredded labrum.
Recovery is a long road, and the pain never really goes away, just settles down.

didn't they teach u in rookie school to always use the pin puller never your hand?
probly not- no excuse
didn't notice in op u have 2 trailers, so u po roblyneed to gear down push switch with trailer brakes released, keep ur tractor hooked up, or more than ur shoulder will hurt. gl with your recovery -

well, obviously udon't or u wouldn't be here asking us how to do it right.
u didn't take the pressure off the king pin b4 u put ur gear down and jammed the lock.
air rides are famous amos but you'd have b around more than month too know that.
