    Well,i notified my company bout it when it happened 3 days ago so I guess its on them what they re gonna do. I have witnesses of what happened.

    at least you had a little damage. I had a Stevens truck Rip my Hood off my kenworth in 05 at the pilot in tolleson arizona. he cut the corner to short and actualy was dragging me then he backed up and shoved the hood up to the windshield. by the time he was done it cost stevens $12,000 and i had a hell of a time trying to get them to pay for the truck rental it cost me and hotel.

    #### man, that's crazy what amazes me with mine is he released his brakes to leave the fuel island and just rolled back bout 8ft and I was yelling for him to stop

    Headline on USA TODAY newspaper I saw yesterday: "Joker" of May Trucking tore off front bumper. After the massive crash, the driver was reported as saying "My God, he backed into me .. that's my story and I'm sticking to it". (rest of the story on page 3) ...
