Automatic or Manual for the Road Test?

    Why get an automatic transmission restriction which could limit job opportunities? Thus, taking the road test with a manual transmission makes perfect sense.

    Use the manual so you won't have the automatic restrictions on your license.

    Unless there is a student that just flat out can not get the hang of shifting and clutching, schools shouldn't even offer the option of the automatic for a road test. That truck should be the absolute last resort.
