I am engaged to a driver and was doing a search and found this forum. Basically I am just learning about this industry from the standpoint of the driver. I have ridden with my guy 3 times when he had day trips because I have 13 dogs/cats that cannot be left longer. We live in WV but as you all know he goes everywhere and is gone all week. I know we are lucky because he is home on weekends. He has been driving on and off for approx 30 years and I have hears STORIES! I am a widow who met him a year ago. After driving with him I wanted to get some type of refrigerator for his truck and was searching 'truck drivers opinions' and found this site. So far I have loved reading these posts. I could go into details about how stunned I was about the laws, regulations etc he was telling me about but I'm sure that would repetitious! I will end by saying to you drivers, keep up the good work. You all make sure that I can purchase what I want, when I want, from the stores I want..... and it's not the easiest work out there. Debbie

Welcome to TTR!
We cover it all here....Politics, Religion....be careful in those, they aren't moderated so it can get sticky if you aren't thick skinned. Information about companies, where people are, a few nonsense threads for general lighthearted banter, rules and regulations, and almost anything else you can think of is covered somewhere. Don't forget to visit the Ladies Room...or as I call it The Naughty Ladies Club.....again
