Wow, ok good for you. you must not have bills. I don't either but .22 compared to.36 is a big difference. Thats a $420 difference a week.thats if you're running 3k a week. .46cpm when I train.

    LOL

.31 a mile is a get over on the new driver...and how many miles a week are you doing? They scale you at .31 for how long? If its in a sence to repay there trainging program its BS cause its the blind leading the blind...Real training is done by someone who has been out here for years not months and can actually teach you something...Most training companys IE: all the big shots: have people who train only for money not the enjoyment of doing it or to actually do what there supposed to TRAIN!!!! When I was with my so called finisher at another big company it was a waist of time and didnt learn anything...The only person it hurts in the long run is YOU... Seeing the first snowfall in Illinois this week its kind of a head thumper to wonder why just about every truck either jack-knifed or rolled over was in most part from the big half ##### trainer companys...Im not taking anything away from the far and few between good trainers out there but one thing is for sure...If I was a trainer/finisher and had a newer driver on my truck I sure in the hell wouldnt be in the bunk when snow or ice was in the forcast...I feel for all new drivers cause its a push you out on the blind road business cause of the shortage of drivers...
