You would have to mention showers, Craig........had a two hour buffer today, which means SHOWER, but now I'm broke down in Beckley, WV.

Left the Ohio Visitors Center this morning headed for Charlotte, NC......truck started acting up in Nytro.....check engine, stop engine, oil lamp, alarm......same thing that happened a few weeks ago when I lost my fuel and water pumps.....checked everything over, turned off master....restarted and got going again. Went to the Diesel guy in Charleston but he couldn't get to me for a week......so I had to nurse the truck on down to Beckley where I will sit until tomorrow......this thing happened 4 times up in Charleston, but no problems the whole 60 miles to Beckley.

Mine does that when there is no Sat or phone connection. All you can do is wait till you get back in an area with coverage. Then stop and disconnect the power from the CPU for a few seconds and reboot it. Happened to me last night about 15 miles from my drop. Glad I called ahead to get directions lol...

I'm about ready to throw in the towel! 2500 miles for this week check and my gross didn't even touch $700 :biggrin_25516: WTF!!! I sent my FM a nice little MSG to let him know I was not at all happy about this whole situation... I was suppose to had some layover pay which he claims he entered twice that wasnt there. Then he writes back saying you mean you dont want this 1200 mile run sitting on you right now... Hell no! What good is 1200 mile run if it means my per mile pay is at the bottom!!! GTFOH with that!! Then he says he talking with his boss about my layover pay and starts asking me for the details AGAIN... I thought u entered it twice, why are u asking for the info a third time??? SMDH

DaReallyst, I am so sorry for all that you are going through. If you would have been with USX for a year, I would have a job offer for you...LOL

Found out my problem is an oil sensor, which the shop didn't have......so came on down to Charlotte, NC to deliver my load in the wee early hours and was going to go to a different shop tomorrow to get the sensor put in.....BUT....my new load delivers about 30 miles from home on Monday, so I'm going to nurse the truck in and the shop will put the sensor in.
