Hello- Am I making a mistake?

What do you mean Kate? I assume the welcome wagon is a quiet place around here.

 

I know nobody cares, but I am excited.

I changed my status from "no" to "wannabe." I've talked to my family and they have been great. I talked to WIA this week. They said my current job won't interfere with my grant, and I am officially on the waiting list for the community college truck driver training. The trucking career fair was great. I talked to quite a few recruiters and one person in charge of hiring where I actually want to work. I go for the class open house next week. The timing is working out well too, hopefully I will have a job driving the day after my youngest graduates high school.

Meanwhile I need to learn all I can. I have so many questions.

 

Just changed my status to "student". Tomorrow I start school. I did get the dislocated WIA grant (yay.) Working days & school at night.
Also became a grandma Nov 8th to a perfect baby girl.
Life is good.


And I wanted to say THANK YOU TTR. I have learned so much here, and I will be using the practice tests.

 

That's right...I did. Sorry about that!!! Gonna be a long one today, but I will check in soon.
