“training" company

what you typed here does not make sense.. are u trying to say the pay sucks there? if so Yes it does. Each driver is getting paid .11 cent a mile or .22 cent EVERY OTHER mile. and u must do teams there are no solo runs. Not all training companys are like this. I think swift would be better then crst. A lot of companys will pay u way more for teams some start you off at .42 cents and so on and so on. But its a training company they get money for goverment each time they hire someone on thats why there always hiring.

 

Or you can look at it .44cpm to truck. Split comes to .22cpm.

After 6 months you get .31cpm.

No there are no solo runs. Why? Because its a team company
if you come to CRST thinking you will run solo you did not look at there website.

 

even at 31 cent split its only 15.5 Lol others pay more with safty bonus. Crst is a starting company and sure not more then that. When i worked there we had no late loads and we got #### miles there. They run u hard into ur 6th month when u get that .31 then u get nothing. always had problems with pay there too not paying us for right amount of miles. Plus... NO PRE PASS? come on now that got old fast paying for tolls out of pocket 300-400 bucks on tolls in east coast. getting told what roads to take where to fuel. Heck i like my Fredom that i have with my company that im at now. CRST is nothing but a joke they dont maintain there trucks there at all they get on ur but for idling.
