electic problem(maybe) when truck is cold

    Kenworth W900 ### 475 ISX meritor 12 Motor surges set @1000rpm----PTO won't engage----- wont' go into gear. worked fine after idling for 1|2 hr@600 rpm

    You have to wait for ur a pressure to build above 90-100 psi before engaging pro

    Once your air is up to pressure, if it still wont shift, try putting it in manual and shift it yourself. The other thing I can think of is call meritor up and have them talk you through the reset process ofr the tranny!

    Thanks for the suggestions.We found what looked like a mouse chewing on some wires going through fire wall ,taped them and every thing working fine.
