Well, I come from quite the military family as well, served in the infantry, have been in the industry for quite some time, I have fought bogus tickets and have won the cases in a court. I have buried an infantry son and have continued to bury his brothers who have been killed in combat and comparing their struggles of some chump change court fine and the trials and tribulations of men in wars who have left their lives or their brothers on battlefields all over the world is again, to me rather pathetic. We have lost something in America and its the ability to define things properly with any clarity and honesty.. every little stupid thing instantly gets inflated to dead soldiers or nazis... If you are not guilty fight for whats right, if you are guilty be a man about it and pay the #### fine already and learn from the mistake.

How would anyone define you were behind for ten minutes on a document that breaks down the hour in fifteen minute increments?

if you started your day at 0600hrs, your 14hr runs out at 2000hrs, so if you got pulled over at 2010, you would be 10minutes over

I agree with you! the book is in 15 min time frame. Thats one of the reasons I got Pissed! because it made no sense. then to rip out the page for that day & tell me to rewrite it when NOTHING was going to be different also makes no sense. Plus in the past when I got pulled into the Truckee scales for inspections the person doing the inspection always told me to go ahead & log my time being in for the inspection before they looked at the book! Also the day in question I started at Noon and it was only 6pm at that time plus I just got done with a weeks vacation so there is no way I would be out of hours in either case!
