mark ed here from hickory well the 710 you fixed has went to white screen working cuz i hear it talking but screen all white

just bought the 510 about 6 mnths ago i have updated when i first bought and now i got the black screen i tried resetting it etc and still wont turn on but yet the red or gren charge light works so dont quite understand any help be great

Does it show connected or does the computer show it as an external drive under "computers"?

You might also try a shorter USB cable. I have seen sometimes a 1' USB cable works whereas the 3' USB cable did not.

It does not show at all the computer

It stated usb device not recognized, device driver software not installed correctly.

I will try a shorter usb cord. However I have use both the one that came with the 710 and the one from the 720.

got new TND720 and cannot figure out how to take screenshot. Saw somewhere that it is supposed to have ability to take a screenshot, does it?

 

There are a few ways to do it, but you have to go into the device setting and turn it on. You can set it so you can take it with the power button, or it will put an icon on the screen for you to hit.
