WHERE DO I START TO RESPOND. Thanks, Melissa for addressing the mispelling of my name.
Yes we have to use Mason Dixon to order all of our permits and some they use Axys Permits out of Florida. But as the driver is has nothing to do with you. I know you have a permit service that you like. We are have friends at Nationwide Permit Service in Oh and would love to use them but that is not possible. As we all know people are human and most humans make a mistake occasionally. You are correct, your husband was hired to driver our 8 axle unit. You are also correct that is a picture of the 8 axle that was on the laptop computer in the truck your husband was driving. I'm not sure how you have a copy of its unless you copied it off the computer for some unknown reason. The othe picture is of the KW your husband was driving. Its funny we had the KW checked at the Peterbilt dealer in St Louis after you dropped it off on your way to Arizonia to move there from Illinois. They found nothing wrong with the torque bushings. We have learned through trial and error that we don't always get the truth from some repair shops. We prefer to have most of our work done in the St Louis area since we have built and relationship with some of these shops and know we are getting the straight story when they look at all four of our units. Mid America Peterbilt is one of the most honest shops around. They are available to us 24/7 for service, parts, and also when we have a problem on the road we can call them for assistance. We did replace the other four tires on the KW because we knew we could get a better deal in the St Louis area. We made a management decision based on our personal knowledge of the KW and the tread depth on the tires on this unit to only purchase 4 tires and then have your husband bring the truck back to St Louis for any additional repairs if necessary as we told your husband. We told him to drop the truck off in St Louis and we would deliver the load from New Mexico for you. Because you had requested time off to pack and prepare for a move to Phoenix, AZ. Guess what the truck was not dropped off in St. Louis instead it was taken to your home area and no one from our office called, etc while you were off getting ready to move. We did call late in the week and ask if he had delivered the load and he went to deliver it and we arranged for a load to get him in the direction of Phoenix, Az. so he could follow you with your personal belongs part of the way to Arizonia. But an error was made and once it was on the trailer the GBL was noted it was Hazmat. Nothing in our office reflected this information. We immediately told him to remove it from the trailer. Which he did and we would find another load to replace it. It is not unusually to let the air our of tires on vehicles in order to lower the height on the trailer.

I noticed that in your post you never mentioned anything about moving and wanting your husband to follow you to Arizonia. Never do you mention that your husband was paid for all miles traveled plus $50.00 a day if we couldn't find a load. You don't mention that sometimes you stopped to visit with family. We never said a word.

As all of us in this industry know---you sometimes don't get all the facts about a load you are picking up and you have to adjust accordingly. That is the Heavy Haul industry.

We really wanted Chuch to drive the 8 axle unit but we both felt the KW was more accomodating for a couple living in the truck.

We did receive a call from you, Melissa stating you were dropping off the truck on your way to Phoenix, AZ---not from Chuck---the driver we hired.

I did receive a call from you Melissa reference the Bible and I did agree to mail it at my cost once I received it from the truck. However, during that time I was informed that there were missing logs for your husband. I assumed that he knew he was required to turn them in until he dropped off the truck. I emailed you and called you and you said he would send them from his email. Somehow you, Melissa turned it into something ugly and starting putting religion into it. I have my own Religion and I don't push it on other people of use it.

The only thing I was requiring was for your husband to turn in his logs. But you kept avoiding it and making complaints and stating I was punishing you and that you didn't work for me. Which is correct, you didnt work for me.

Once the logs were recd, I immediately sent your Bible to you and provided you with the tracking information for it. You emailed me back and said you would remove your above post. But I knew better than that.

As we tell all our drivers, your wife, your girlfriends, or whomever is in the truck. They are just a guest in the truck with you. They have nothing to do with your job, our business, your pay, etc. I am sure other owners have the same problem. We try to be accomodating but sometimes it doesn't seem to work out well.

We wish them all well and hope they can find the job that fits their personal needs.

Better re read 'Caren'.... The post you are screaming about with the facts are from Chuck. Which you spelled his name wrong.

The picture you speak of was from Facebook of which You
    directed Chuck to.

If you say you are going to do something, then go out of your way to not do it....
Well that is wrong. You said you would Send or had sent my.bible. You did not send it like you said, rather held it for your person gain. You never called Chuck on his phone. Got cell phone records for proof.
You never discussed pay with me, unless giving me a number since Chuck was driving.
I don't pretend to understand the entire permit stuff, but the last load's paperwork was faxed
over to Chuck with HazMat on page 2. If you did not see it your human error, not Chucks.
I did not ask anything of you , but called to give you a message that my husband had asked of me.
I told everyone with a public post on here that I got my bible, unharmed.
What more do you want ?

Please leave me alone. I have my Bible. I did not work for you. I was a guest in your truck, riding with my husband. I was never ugly to you. I listened patiently on my phone for more than a hour on two different occasions while you told me about your personal life with JD and your kids and other drivers that work for you and could only imagine that you were speaking about us to others as you did them to us, although that is a mystery not a fact. Chuck did a good job for you. You know that is the truth. I never treated you or your boyfriend JD in a unkind manner. I just asked for my bible.

Hey Caren, JD... There's more of us "your ex drivers" here so don't be acting like you two are good people cause your not! People like you two give owner ops a bad name! Why did you get fired from Mason Dixon??? You want to tell everyone about how JD jumps up in drivers faces screaming and swearing this and that at them and how he kicks drivers out of the truck and leaves them to find their own way home or would you rather tell everyone how poorly maintained your trucks are? Like how when it rains water popes into the western star from the ceiling, had worn out bushing along with a list of other thing that you wouldn't fix and a trailer with almost bald tires that you and JD never had the money to replace but yet could go buy new furniture? Or how bout making a truck wait a week or so on permits and then have that driver team with another driver in a flat top Pete with one bunk for a week? Shall we go on?
