I give it a month and some of these guys will be following in Tennessee's foot steps. Highwayman didn't take long to smell the crap and get out. I don't know how gullible people are to think the owners of the company didn't look at the expenses and see how much money they were spending on trailer maintenance. You guys must get killer points on your rewards cards. Guess if you like spending more time in the shop then you do on the road. This is probably the company for you.

Yes some of us do spend a lot of time in the shop. No none of us like it. Yes we have said this to the upper guy who is not the owner. Yes they do see it in the expence reports. Yes they are making changes to try and correct that issue. This company is a TRUCKING company. Just like any other. Expect here you CAN talk face to face with the head guy who is not the owner. I am sure the OWNER of Furniture Row LLC. Has more to look at then just the trucking side. This company is not for everyone. So not all trucker should apply. But don't go talking about it if you NEVER worked for them. Highwayman had his issues with the company but yet he still talk well about the company. What he went through I haven't seen anyone else go through. Also yes we do get killer points on the rewards cards.

i guess some of us know how to deal with things better than others.we get these trlrs fixed and move on.and if other drivers cant deal with it then maybe they need to move on and find somewhere else to drive.but the ones who stay are happy

Delivered at US Foods in Garland this morning 10am, barely made it.Had to do a Split. My Fault anyways, should have ran the whole trip in one shift.
Picking up in Ennis going to Denver tommorow, loads at 1400. Hoping they load early.

Tyson did pay $250 for me sitting in Amarillo an extra day .

    holycow Thanks this.

Well, Leah took my load going back to Denver. I am not happy about it at all. Supposedly a driver had an emergency or something. It always seems like an emergency happens to everyone but me.

The load I got has 700 less miles and loads at 1000 20 miles away. I tried explaining that I need a washout on this trailer and that I deliver at 0200 this morning. No way could I make a 1000 appointment.

Iv searched job boards for a while .. I continue to see furniture row's ads if its so great I must ask, why do they need to advertise nationally and with such vigor .
This is more of a question for the poster of these ads don? and not drivers themselves. However I am curious .
From what iv read it seems like this place would sell it self .. wHY SO MANY ADS?

i dont know if i was seeing things or not but it looked like there was another mechanic in the shop in new albany.this trlr i picked up there has really been gone over and is in really good shape.now thats how u stop the expenses on the road and stop the bleeding they say they want to stop.seems they are trying real hard to correct things lately.as far as giving up my load to someone with an emergency;it seems like everytime someone wants to get home thier mother inlaw dies or their wifes aunt or some cousin.
