swift rates for students

Also for OTR, there is a mileage performance bonus system in place, that just got started. So tecnally, we just got a raise in pay for this quarter.

 

I started getting paid training pay on the third day of orientation because I left after class with a mentor. YMMV

 

how does payscale work with swift is it per load or miles totaled at end of week

 

miles per load. there might be some loads that are shorter that pay more per mile.

does anyone know if swift gets extra pay for goin into like major cities like ny or anything like that,
im not sure i think ppl use the term like gold zone pay or something, jus wondering

I'm going to TN on 10 - 23. Can't wait! I have been waiting to do this for a long time

 

That Bonus pay is bs, only OTR drivers get it what about dedicated drivers isn't like we get to see home anymore or anything ya restarts but that isn't Hometime don't get enough time with family,

If your driving you should get the Bonus not just OTR drivers its bs and we sacerfice our time away from home too, why should we lose our rank?

They need a bonus like $10 per load delivered on time Bonus not miles that
mileage bonus does is not far if ur Bronz and not getting no miles that's Swifts fault not the drivers most of the time ai do realize we have lazy drivers, but how can they put that on drivers hell most of the time it's the delivery times or the customers wasting our time.

 

Possible change of plans.... started crunching numbers and .09/ mi. more and thinking of going to Roehl hauling reefer, any advice
