I would highly advise nobody to load this carrier. Stan & Co out of Venice FL. They had booked a load with us out of Baltimore MD going to Denver and apparently double brokered the load to another carrier and is refusing to pay the carrier. Now the carrier is chasing us after we have already paid Stan & Co for the shipment. These are the companies that make this industry so sleezy. I would not recommend working with them.

Stan & Co is refusing to pay the carrier. And now the carrier who hauled the load is threatening to sue us for nonpayment and going after our customer as well. We are going to bite the bullet and pay the company $3900 who originally hauled the shipment, after we had already paid that #### ### stan & co as well. These are horrible people in this industry. I hope that one night somebody goes to their yard and burns his #### house down. Karma is a ##### and theirs will come. Its companys like us who do the right thing and have very ethical business practice that survive.

Sorry to hear that,
It is sad that there are people in this industry that practice this type of buisness.
Whats is even worse is, the people who cant qualify for a job as a company driver. But, they can file for their own authority, take out insurance (with no experience driving a truck) and hit the highways.
This part of the industry is really a Mess. And needs a major Rule Makeover. -
I bet they used Cargo Brokers of NJ (781644) to broker out the load after you gave it to them. These guys are related and scammers all day. We are going after them and have identified the perpetrator we believe to be involved. I'll update what we come up with but for now, I'm sure they are running the same scam under new authority.
