If you didn't like the way they treated you at Roehl, go somewhere else where they don't record phone calls and hold DM's accountable for the way the talk to their drivers. It can be so much worse.

 

Or, you know, I work from home and I'm done running my reports. Next week I'll be working on the road, I'll post pics if it pleases you.

I wonder how trucking used to be way back in march of 2012?

 

I do have a job to do, in the time since I've left Roehl I've helped another company drop it's CSA scores below threshold level in all the basic's. So umm, yep I have a job to do and I can post on the interwebs also.

 

I love how one person has a bad experience and all of a sudden its such a bad company, oh my god the heavens are falling.

I'll say what a trucker said that has been driving since the 60's. He said trucking ain't what it used to be, its better.

At least roehl cares about their drivers, but seeing that only comes from how your FM treats you. My FM is awesome, my last FM in the van division was going to cause me to quit. He talked over me all the time and treated non-appt eta's as if they were deadlines. My current FM treats me like a human being. Plus with the new pay plan I got a huge raise so I'm extremely happy about that.

Roehl records your calls with DMs and has accountability for them as well? What more can a driver ask for besides fair pay and decent miles?

 

Pay seems to be on par with everyone else, miles....I can't speak for miles. I know they used to be crap, no clue where they're at now.

 

I am a recent graduate of driving school.have made a committment with Roehl..I will do my best and hope for a good relationship and experience.
