Good luck. Keep us posted here regarding your honest experiences. Many newbies (and veteran drivers) depend on these forums to give them an idea of the Jeckyll and Hyde companies (not saying Roehl is one of them) out there.

 

Geeze ... I guess it is Halloween ! Roehl appears to be a monster, I hope I am not stranded in Wis.. I am driving from Ar. Will give it my best shot. I have just ended my career with Ark. Dept of Corr. Officer on Death Row.Maybe it will be a little sunnier than that !

I would like to hear from someone who has completed their phase 1 and get an idea of what to expect..Also I wonder what kind of miles to Expect or not Expect ..lol.

Can you give some info on reohl new pay plan. I am set to start on nov 12th so i am wondering if that will effect me.

 

you're paid on performance rather than how long you've been with the company. Some dont like it, others do. I didn't like it at first until I got my raises for my performance and what not. I like it now because if your a crappy driver, you get crappy pay. They raised the CPM Cap also.

 

Ok, thanks.... they seem to have one of the highest starting pay for newbies. moving to denver area next fall, do you know if they run out there?
