Don't expect a lot of answers, this isn't a load board.

About all you can do is beat the bushes and try to find someone around there that has loads that meet your criteria. Unfortunately, for you at least, Memphis is a big trucking hub because it sits at a major highway junction, and a lot of the bigger companies run through there, and have terminals in the area. It's also a fairly comprehensive railhub, so there are going to be bottom dwellers working the railyards that you would have to compete with.

So unless you can develop some kind of a specialized niche for yourself, it's kind of a place where you will find more famine on your own than you will feast. I assume you want to be home more often than not and stay in a defined area, since that is how most intermodal freight moves. And that just makes it a bit harder to find. best of luck to you, but in many ways your location works against you having your own authority there. Unless you develop some specialized work the big boys and the cheap boys don't want to do, it's a rough gig at best.

Google TSL. I just noticed they have a Memphis yard. This is fairly new as they didn't have it that long ago when I was considering working for them. I do not know if they broker.
