Don floods Craiglist with ads. I had a driver ask me about the company. I gave him a card but what are the odds of collecting any bonus with the turnovers.

I was there yesterday morning and went in and saw Don and everybody there at the office, then ran up to JBS @ Greeley... Spent all afternoon there... They overloaded me and had to go back and get 1550 taken off before I could get it legal... Now I'm at Grand Island, heading on to St. Michaels, MN for in the morning... Then I have to run down to Madison, NE and load Sunday morning and have it in North Richland Hills, TX noon on monday... As always... Running my tail end off... LOL's... They're gonna have to take it easy on me for a few days after that though... LMAO... Ain't gonna have the hours to do a whole lot...

100 apps doesnt mean 100 qualified. One of the newer driver came into Aurora with a dinged up Coronada and damaged landing gear. Not paying attention.

Looks like Grand Island is finally cementing the entire place. It sure will be nice when its finished. No more mud or dust all the dang time.

After reading this thread, I put in an online application to FRE. Not five minutes after I sent it, an FRE truck bumped a dock two doors down from where I was getting unloaded (NOCS in LaPorte). I talked to him a bit, and he told me that he was very happy driving for FRE, and we discussed other things about the company. His truck number was 239. Nice guy. He even gave me Don's cell phone number and urged me to call him, which I may do next week. He drove a very nice Coronado. I currently drive a 2012 Cascadia.
I am currently a lease operator and trainer with C.R. England. I've toughed it out for a bit over a year, and have a spotless driving record. I am really tired of having to be a trainer in order to make any money, and even more tired of the worst lease program in the industry. I need to make a change, and go somewhere where I can pay the bills and have a little more enjoyment in my job. Not to mention it would be a huge relief not having to worry about some guy right out of driving school rolling my truck during the few hours I can relax enough to sleep.
The only problem I have will be getting to the interview. I can't afford to ditch CRE until I have something else lined up. Then I will have to get a run home to empty out my truck before taking it back to CRE. Hopefully I can figure out a way to get around that hurdle.
Anyway... Wish me luck!

They Switched up my load.
Still going Texas but La Porte instead. Had a live load at Millard.
Barely made it there by 3p the store in Lincoln took their Time.
Anyways that suits me just fine. Weekend Run, I'll make a detour and stop in Temple. Spend some time at my Sisters house. She usually cooks and washes my clothes. Lol. My Mom is out of town. -

CRE has many flaws, but I knew it going in. I also had a great phase one trainer who showed me how to get the best out of my time there. I figure that at this point, if I can "grin and bear it" at CRE, then any place else would seem like heaven.

i will admit that they have one of the best training programs in the industry, but after that it goes down hill.some people have done well their but not most people who come out of their school.if u have done ok,then u r a great buisness manager

To Daniel or anyone else whom may know. I spoke with a team driver earlier today in NA yard. Had nothing but good things to say. I live about 20 miles from this terminal. I have been driving for almost 8 yrs. The last 2 have been local. So my question is do you have to have 1 year total or 1 year recent experience. Also they said riders have to be 13 yrs old. But they will work with you on that. My son is 9. Thanks for any replies. Going to put in app on Monday.
