Roehl Driver Check In

It does seem like everyone is posting about taking time off. I took my times in big chunks, unless my kids got to sick to go to the sick room at daycare, and that was pretty sick. Although every time Waylon covered my fleet someone died (heart attacks).....hmm. When I was at home for something I still pretty much ran my fleet, because I don't trust nobody.

 

At the Petro in New Point, IN. I am heading for Charlotte for a Monday morning delivery.

Yea I am believe me I'm no quiter I ask one of my fm's tim about it he gos ya it cuz ur new a little and freights on the down side I said hey I get it believe me but can I plz get a load over. 500 mile lol. I'm at the love off 69 in il deadheading to Middleton to pick up and delivers in pacific mo so not a back load alil over 500 lol

 

Tim out of MARSHFIELD? If so I had him when I went to the reefer fleet.....and it was disastorous...within a month of getting him on the reefer fleet I was looking for something else cause he couldn't get me miles at all.....the checks sucked....so I jumped ship and went to a different company....they treat us good here and know ya by name not some driver code when you call....I can actually go into the office and say hi...and BS....and sit down with the VP of the company and BS with him....(he also likes calling me when he needs a favor)..... its a lot less stressful...

 

Yea since I'm in "phase 3" I have to Tim and marge marge is awesome she's drove before and is a great fm haven't talked with Tim but a few times

 

Wallen, you have to understand you are being assesed by Roehl right now and you have to complete so many loads before they can move you on to your actual FM. By happy you have Marge. You can learn a lot from her by asking questions. Everybody I talked to that who worked with her loved it. Believe it or not 500-800 mile runs strung together is the easiest way to get good miles. That is just my opinion. You just have to keep at it.
