There's no stop-n-go on 376 and 422, there is maybe lemme think, 4 stop lights the whole trip across.
376 is all 4 lane's and 422 is some 2 lane and some 4 lane (not through any towns though) then you would hit route 22 and it's all 4 lanes.
just giving you the scoop incase you get routed that way, there's a few places to stop and sleep out that way if you have any questions you can PM me, that is right past my home town and I run through altoona area ALL of the time since I run 99 up to I80 on my way east or north.

I've ran a few routes other than interstate in PA and they didn't work out very well for me, but those were arounf York, Harrisburgh and Scranton which seems to be a much older and Amish area.... -
