Meant to say 1 year total OTR experience or 1 year RECENT OTR experience. I know all companies are different. Some just require atleast so many yrs and some have to recent OTR no matter how much experience you got or even if its been local. Thanks

Thanks Holycow. Maybe I'll get lucky. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran. Clean MVR. Going to go Monday to apply at the New Albany Terminal. So, Don will be the one calling me? Are they still hiring right now? And could you tell me about the passenger policy. Like I said before. I was told it was 13 but sometimes they will work with you. My son is 9. Thx.

When I get into Denver this afternoon, according to my odometer anyway, I will have dove nearly 3800 miles in a 7 day period. Definitely the most I have put in so far. Just when I get some really good trips in, I have to go and have home time for next weekend. Oh well.

hey trying to foind out how to apply I live in thornton co can any one PM me how to go about applying
thank you -
Go to www.furniturerowexpress.com you can fill out a application their. -
Honestly I don't think the online app does anything or goes to anyone. I filled it out when I applied and was told nobody ever got it. Best thing to do is to come by the warehouse if you can. Take the e-470 exit off of I-70 and go north. Turn right at the first light, 19th ave, and head east. We are in the first big building on the right. Go to the north east corner of the building and ask to speak with Don.

I've got a problem that I just found out about that I'm afraid might keep me from getting hired. Back in March I got a ticket in Bolivar,TN. First one I've had in over 10 yrs. I don't believe it, but she said I was doing 49 in a 30. When I called to find out how much the ticket would be, they told me that if I pay it before the court date they would reduce it to just 5 over the speed limit. Found out few minutes ago by calling a police friend that it is showing 49 in a 30. So they did not reduce it. Will this affect me on getting hired being the amount of the speed. Reminder: This is my only ticket in over 10 yrs and nothing else on my record. Was going to go to terminal and fill out app in the morning. But don't know what to do now. They really screwed me on that ticket. Would really appreciate a quick reply. Thx.

Ok, here is what I got off the driver checklist Fon uses. Moving violations: no more then 3 in the last 3 years.
Careless, reckless, following too close or excessive speed +15 mph: none in the last 2 years.
I know the last one is not good in your case but call Don and be up front with him about it. If you tell him everything he might work with ya on it or not. But you never know until you try.
