This really should be it. This one is real late. Y'all will be fine mid-state. I am sure we'll be alright too, just sucks. I HATE untarping and unchaining in rain. Wet tarps stink.

 

i was headed from salt lake to wendover the other day and no kidding burned a half tank of fuel it was so windy. signs everywhere said it was blowing 50+ mph. i had the steering wheel turned almost all the way right just to stay straight

 

Not only that but if it gets rough in a snowstorm you wait for it to blow over, and it won't blow you away. Delivering these engines to Miami is because a plane is down somewhere waiting for them. Sure, since 2 are going to Columbia it is probably some drug lord, but they have to catch their plane so other planes can move, and they need them now.

 

10 miles from our last pick-up at this Dump of a travel plaza Bigs D's in Dallas well just outside lol.


Broker asked me today did we want the North Kansas city load outta FL or the Annahiem one, hMMM big choice I chose North Kansas city lol don't want to head back to Cali (sorry 6pak)

 

hurrican season ends mid november

came up to the yard yesterday. couldn't see the freeway. all that dirt blowing around.

 

Not too many hurricanes this late in the season though.

Jess, we thought of checking it out (Big D) but opted to play it safe and head to the TA. And who really WANTS to go to cali other than to see people? Lol

 

TA was full but I wouldn't recommend Big D have to pay for parking and it was a dump!

Almost at Shrevport LA going to stop and fuel and then another 500 miles to get in today, will let you know where we stop!

Had a deer commit "suicide by truck" tonight. Ya wanna come and get it 1Bad? Its on I 70, in Illinois. Can't believe the only damage that I can see, in the dark anyway, is a partially broken grill.

 

Pan, deer has to be killed by running into a bullet to be worth gutting, otherwise it loses flavor. Lol I am glad it only messed up your grill, and didn't jump thru the windshield like that one in PA.

Lesson I should have learned from living in Florida, but somehow forgot, morning traffic and bands of a hurricane do not mix.
