Sounds a lot like last year. The one lone winter storm that knocked out everything. NE sucked hard. Think it was labeled Snowmageddon.

Reminds me more of the Holloween Storm of 1991. "The Perfect Storm" and the Andrea Gail.

Yea, that thing has some far-reaching bands. Florida is already getting 65 mph gusts and up and it's not even parallel with our state yet. It's still to the south a bit.

Latest track has it nailing southern New Joisey!

Piers Corbyn, a British astrophysicist, who runs Weatheraction, stated that this storm will miss the USA altogether. Corbyn has a 78% accuracy rate as opposed to the NWS, which has an 8% accuracy rate. Corbyn predicted the Halloween snowstorm back in early September of last year. Look up his Weatheraction website. Its more handy for a truck driver than the NWS predictions.

I was there after the last one, and it looks like I'm going again. Figures.

Be careful up there and good luck to you, driver. Hope all goes well.

If it snows the bums in the truck stop or street will be hiding, no shine yer truck or wash your windows at least.
